ELJ 2021 | AN EVENING IN LA JOLLA
An Evening in La Jolla
24th Annual: An Evening in La Jolla Mask-erade!
Saturday, September 25, 2021 | 6:00pm – 10:00pm
at La Valencia Hotel
An Evening in La Jolla (ELJ) is the San Diego legal community’s signature benefit that raises funds to ensure that immigrants and asylum seekers, low-income communities, survivors of domestic violence, people with disabilities, veterans, the homeless, low-income seniors and at-risk youth have access to legal services and a legal system that serves them well.
This year’s ELJ event is returning to the beautiful oceanside grounds of the iconic La Valencia Hotel. This popular outdoor event is not one to miss for the San Diego legal community.
Attendance numbers will align with state and county public health guidelines for outdoor events as we keep the health and safety of our guests and staff top of mind.
|* We are maximizing outdoor spaces for this event. |
* Safeguards are being implemented with the event layout and service of food & beverage items.
* Masks are required for any indoor spaces and masks will be available on-site if needed.
Your participation in ELJ directly supports the San Diego County Bar Foundation’s grant program that has provided over $4 million in funding to over 50 legal aid and public interest organizations throughout the county. The San Diego County Bar Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization. Your contributions may be tax deductible.
In 2020, SDCBF awarded $411,700 to 29 non-profit organizations that provide legal services, public awareness education and access to justice for the most underserved populations in San Diego County. A list of grant recipients may be viewed at sdcbf.org/grant-programs.
All proceeds benefit the San Diego County Bar Foundation and the legal charities it supports.
