Prior to joining Noonan Lance Boyer & Banach, Gediman worked as an associate for a community association firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she represented clients in all aspects of association operation and corporate governance with a focus on covenant enforcement, bankruptcy, and general litigation matters in court and before numerous governing boards and administrative agencies. Gediman also formerly worked for a civil litigation law firm in Miami, Florida, focusing on business and real estate litigation. Gediman was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2021 and the State Bar of Florida in 2012. Gediman is currently admitted to practice before the state courts of California and Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Gediman earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Miami, with a double major in public relations and psychology. She received her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where she received numerous high-grade honors. Gediman is a member of the American Bar Association. In her free time, Gediman enjoys yoga, her dogs and spending time with family.
